By the racist and terroristic regime of the State of California, Derlyn Ray Threats, 28, is charged with murder and special circumstance allegations in the Sept. 1, 2005, death of 24-year-old Carolyn Rebecca Neville, who was stabbed 80 times after returning home from taking her 6-year- old son to school. But, according to California Black Foot Soldiers, “had reparations been paid, Carolyn Neville would still be alive.”

But, in our recorded history, never had the abusive form of Chattel Slavery whites inflicted on blacks been recorded. IOW, nowhere (in recorded history) had slaves been stripped of their humanity. Because of the unique kind of savagery whites inflicted, historians began to refer to it (the Trans Atlantic Slave Trade) as The Peculiar Institution i.e. “peculiar from the forms of slavery previously known to man”.In summary and additionally: 1. There was no system of Chattel Slavery in Africa. Slaves were not stripped of their humanity i.e. culture, religion, humanity; 2. This is sickening… I of the first on scene at this murder and I discovered her mutilated body… This had nothing to do with reparations… It had to do with a coked out criminal who got caught burglarizing the home of an innocent human being.
