Thirty three year old Scrugs, of West Philly, fired through his coat at Pawlowski after being harassed and, reportedly threatened, by the officer.
Philly Black Foot Soldiers who reportedly witnessed the protest say Scrugs was fierce & in rare form.

A viewing will be held on Thursday, February 19 at the John F. Givnich Funeral Home (10975 Academy Road, Philadelphia) in Northeast Philadelphia beginning at 6 p.m.
Funeral services will be held on Friday at the Cathedral Basilica of SS. Peter & Paul, 18th Street and Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Philadelphia. A second viewing will be held from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at noon.
