FEATURE: Cop Clay Landry VS Thriller Jonathan Thibodeaux: “NO GUTS NO GLORY;” MOST DARING AMBUSH OF YEAR?
Outspoken NY Black Foot Soldier Caesar Stuyvesant made a second visit to Rochester, this week, to continue to raise support for 14 year old Tyquan Rivera and encourage young blacks to become Black Foot Soldiers.
“Don’t be confused by the white media’s characterization of Tyquan as a dangerous black juvenile,” he rallied from a well known residence Tyquan often spent time at. “The dangers in our communities are valueless officers like Anthony DiPonzio, hypocrites like Mayor Bob Duffy and dogs like Monroe County District Attorney Mike Green.”
Stuyvesant, on behalf of the National Black Foot Soldier Network NBFSN issued a condemnation of Rivera’s arrest and a condemnation of Mayor Duffy and the local Police Department.
“The scars on DiPonzio’s face, head and body and the damage done to his brain only looks like the discrimination, inequalities and racism we live daily.”
(In stark contrast to the praise lavished upon Rivera by Stuyvesant, Monroe County District Attorney Mike Green made derogatory comments about the new GBR icon many are now calling Baby Mumia.)
“If he gets the maximum penalty, he could be out before he’s 18 years old,” District Attorney Green said after seeing Rivera for the first time. “Certainly if you look at a case like this, if these allegations are true, three and a third years for shooting a police officer in the back of the head doesn’t seem appropriate to me.”
“Why don’t you prosecuute Police Chief David Moore who can’t keep drugs out of our communities, you hypocrit, pig, dog and piece of shit,” ridiculing Green’s comments Stuyvesant flamed. “Why don’t you prosecute Mayor Duffy who fosters the institutionalized racism that has not only historically disenfranchised our people but also does so today, you animal,” he damned. “We demand the immediate release of our young brother Tyquan Rivera. He is a product of his environment, a political prisoner, and our baby Mumia whom we thank God for. Free Tyquan.”
Stuyvesant confirms Rochester Black Foot Soldiers will begin a long term Street Penitentiary Protest to fight against the City’s intentional failure to protect the black community from drugs, efforts to keep local blacks in institutionalized poverty and the illegal arrest and prosecution of blacks citizens.
“Although Officer DiPonzio’s reprobate values probably haven’t changed, perhaps he has a new appreciation of his own hypocrisy i.e. he want to harass our youth about drugs when his sorry ass can’t keep them out of our communities. Praise God DiPonzio’s hypocrisy came home to roost.”
