Knoxville Carjacker Letalvis Cobbins leads Hardest Ghetto Black Male Felon Bragging Rights competition 2008

Accused carjacker, kidnapper, rappist & murder Letalvis Cobbins has surpassed Savannah, Georgia’s Slavery Avenger, Michael Thorpe (known for the Christmas eve slaying of privileged slave fortune heiress, Jennifer Ross) leads 2007 Sexiest & Hardest Ghetto Black Male Felon Bragging Rights competiton.

Blacks, like Letalvis, who make their criminal actions into social protests against institutionalized poverty are earning new respect in the black community. “They are heroes,” editor Kirkland Perkins says. “Opportunities for these brave young men didn’t exist. The society that was suppose to support them failed. As their lives were destined to be spent behind bars anyway, we recognize them when their criminal actions reflect more politically than criminal.”

Cobbins shot to Ghetto Black Male Felon stardom from the January 2007 Knoxville Carjacking and quickly became an icon for young, black thugs hoping to turn the crimes into political statements.

Cobbins, who already had an qualifying set of priors (convicted of felony third-degree attempted robbery on May 19, 2003, in Queens, NY – he just celebrated his anniversary!), is scheduled for trial on May 12, 2008.

He is indicted on 46 Tennessee state felony counts, including aggravated kidnapping, aggravated robbery, aggravated rape, felony murder, premeditated murder and theft.

“The Hardest Ghetto Black Male Felon Bragging Rights community remains proud of Letalvis. He and Michael (who remains in 2nd place) are regarded as heroes.”
